2) Which countries do you ship to & how will I get my package ?

We ship to all international destinations Europe, USA , Canada, Middle/Far East and the rest of the world We use Royal Mail who are the largest and most reputable courier in the UK. International shipping will be sent by Royal Mail and their trusted international affiliates. For more details read our shipping policy.

3) How much will it cost for my order to be delivered to me?

Delivery (shipping) costs are automatically added to your order total cost at checkout according to the total weight of your purchased items. Shipping is charged so it covers the Package and Courier costs with no extra charges. For more details read our shipping policy section.

4) When will my order be delivered?

Once you place your order it will be packaged and shipped out next working day.Orders is placed before 12 noon will be packaged and shipped out same day.

  • UK - Royal Mail Delivery (2 to 4 business days delivery)
  • Europe -(Normally 4 to 10 business days delivery)
  • USA /Worldwide - (Normally >12 business days delivery)

Times can vary depending on how busy the courier is.

Once you have placed your order and you receive a dispatch email from us with your expected delivery time please ensure someone is at home to receive the order.

6) Is it secure to use my credit/debit card when purchasing online?

Yes. Online shopping with TheHijabWorld  is secure as we authorise PayPal  to handle all our online payments through their secure and encrypted online transactions.We do not handle any of the payment our self so your transaction absolutely safe.

7) What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept credit/debit card payments, PayPal payments and UK cheques. Read more about the payment methods we accept.

8) How can I place an order and what happens once I have made the payment?

Press the purple Add to Cart button for the items you want to purchase, then proceed with the payment process this will require that you create an account by registering your delivery address and other required details.

The final screen will take you to the external PayPal secure payment screen which will allow you to pay with any credit  or debit card or a paypal account. An automatic email will be sent to your email confirming payments by PayPal and our own order handling system. 

Your order will be packaged and shipped the next working day and you will also received another dispatch email to confirm your items are on there way to you.

Please ensure that someone is at home to receive the items on the estimated days of arrival, also please make sure post company has access to the building if you live in an apartment building.

9) How do I buy the Items I like from the website?

The online shopping process is very straightforward and involves the following

  • You browsing the store and adding items to your shopping basket before proceeding to the checkout
  • Checkout, You choosing your payment method
  • You making the credit/debit card payment via our secure payment processor or sending us payment via one of our accepted methods
  • We deliver your order

 

If you pay by credit/debit card then the payment is collected immediately after a successful transaction takes place. This may take a few days to show up on your bank/card statement depending on your bank/card provider. PayPal payments are processed immediately by PayPal. TheHijabWorld then accept or decline your payment. Our aim is to accept your PayPal payment within 24 hours of you making your payment. If you prefer to pay by cheque then you must send us the cheque by post and we will deposit this into our account in order to collect payment. 11) I need my items real urgently, how can I arrange this?

If you need your items super urgent-

 

  • For Express UK (Only) Postage buy Next Day after dipatch : You can buy this option at checkout
  • For Express UK (Only) Postage buy Special Saturday after dispatch: You can buy this option at checkout
  • For Express International Service: If you require your items urgently drop us a email and we can arrange a faster service or anwser any other questions you may have.
12) What is your Returns olicy

Where a customer is eligible for a Refund/Exchange email confirmation of returning goods must be approved by TheHijabWorld.com and the refund will not include delivery charge of any items . Also Email must be sent 24h after receiving purchased items detailing valid reason for Refund/Exchange.Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging for a valid refund.

13) How do I know that a garment is the right size and will fit me?

As well as the garments we produce ourselves we also stock garments from many different suppliers. This makes it impossible for us to provide a standard sizing guide which applies to all garments. We provide clear sizes S, M, L XL with the descriptions of each individual item. This will ensure that you make correct sizing decisions at the time of ordering.
